The Mursenary LLC

The Mursenary is one man, named Rick, Nurse Rick, if you will. He is a registered nurse with experiences ranging from occupational health to the hospital bedside during the COVID pandemic. Over the past few years he has dedicated his practice to bedside nursing in the hospital setting. Rick noticed that hospital nursing isn't perfect, it never has been, but since COVID things have been changing, not necessarily for the better. That's not just hospitals, that's across the industry. Rick started asking other professionals about their takes on the industry and he didn't hear a whole lot of optimism. When Rick took a travel contract, he noticed the same thing, poor morale, cynicism, and professionals with a passion for healing people feeling stuck in a spiral of overworking themselves but not seeing the system work to it's full potential.

Nurse Rick took note of this and was trying to brainstorm how he could have a bigger impact on the industry he loves. How could he bridge the voices of healthcare workers to the public? How could he help people feel empowered in this complex industry? How could he make an impact that can truly help people? He decided to start a company, The Mursenary LLC. 

The Mursenary LLC will follow Nurse Rick as he travels and produces his own podcast about healthcare. Health care in different states, interviews with different providers and specialties, medical history, current health news, and general education about different facets of the healthcare industry. The mission of the podcast is to help people and providers understand each other better and help both to understand the industry better as a whole. The goal of this is to foster a better identification and understanding of the problems facing healthcare in the future and create a place where these ideas can make their way to the people who will be affected by these changes, which is all of us. 

At The Mursenary, the goal is to learn together, grow together, and heal together.
